I'm not greatly familiar with soccer and I don't know what +1 &+1.5 means... or -1 & -1.5. Any help would be appreciated.

It means if you place $200 on the wager, $100 of it will be on -1 and the other $100 will be on -1.5 so if they win by 2 or more you win both bets. If they win by only one, you push and lose.
